In 2008 Tanya Manktelow hosted the first Deaf ATV event in Ontario through the support of The Belleville Association of the Deaf (BAD). A good number of participants came together over the weekend and a passion grew where we wanted this to be an annual event. Since 2009 Gerald Wideman has been hosting ATV events and in the Winter of 2012 the ATV group decided to establish the DOATV Club (Deaf Ontario ATV Club) .........until April, 2012 ATVers voted and renamed the Club to Deaf ATV of Ontario (DATVO). In June 1, 2012 alive meeting with ATVers the voted agreement to return DOATV Club (Deaf Ontario ATV Club) and owner is www.doatv.org
